We obtain the information by the following means: personal contact with you, email, exchange of signed contracts.

We do not share information with third parties.
How we store your information
We store information within the following systems: a third party platform Xero for all financial information, an internal Exchange Server for all documentation and E-mail is monitored by a third party security firm called Messagelabs. Our IT security is outsourced to Sheffield Business Systems.
We also have access to your web analytics and each profile has a unique and secure login and is only accessible via administration logins held by Ignition Search Ltd employees. We do not own your analytics and our access is non-administrative. All passwords are updated every 60 days.
All administration level users for Ignition Search Ltd were confirmed in March 2018. A maintenance contract is held with a third-party supplier to ensure that our website is continuously checked for security updates and software updated monthly, although we do not hold any Personal Data on our website.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the service that you have engaged us to deliver and to conduct a normal Client/Service Provider relationship with all the usual operational activities. We will contact you through the following methods; Email, Phone and Post.
In the event of a data breach
Should we discover a data breach we will contact the relevant people within 24 hours. A third-party supplier will be instructed to investigate the breach and the relevant authorities advised.
